Currently, we only accept Knet cards. We take payment security very seriously. You will notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.

We offer same day delivery for all orders placed before 7 PM. We have four delivery slots; 10 AM to 1 PM, 1 PM to 4 PM, 4 PM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 10 PM.

We delivery to most areas in Kuwait and the delivery charge is 3 KD. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Sabah Al Ahmad, Ali Sabah Al Salem, Chalets and Farms.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact the store and include your order number. If the order has not been "Delivered" or is "In Process", you are eligible for a full refund. If the order has been "Delivered" or is "In Process", the delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. All refunds will be made within two days.
